There is much practical usage for people, millions are practicing them.
When analyzing the dueling of gladiators today, a professional can easily define top level fighters amongst the great division of those who are just dreaming to join the ranks.
A warrior never stands in the middle of a road waiting for something strikes him dead. He minimizes possibility of unforeseen situations outbreak. It’s always possible to avoid those things that people call accidents.
How to master the fighting skills and learn to govern emotions? Who can recommend the truly efficient method of training? How to manage the right system and be able to use it at the right moment, move like a destructive tornado, giving no chance to a rival?

Due to the technique introduced in our gyms a person gets an opportunity to become a peculiar scanner that can read out surrounding vibrations and react correspondingly.
The method of training offered is targeted to different people groups and varies depending on the level of their sports shape and age. It includes great amount of strengthening and tonic exercises aiming to improve coordination and health, speed up the reaction. All this is of great importance for decision making when in urgent, crucial situations.., the situations that can happen in our rash world.
